Virgo Birthdays

Virgos are far from boring; they just choose to be discrete with people they barely know.

I’m a Virgo. That means my birthday falls somewhere between August 22 and September 22. I’ll give you a little hint: I’ve already celebrated my name day and I’m a very strong Virgo. (The British Hubby calls me opinionated because I have an opinion about everything.) IMG_20180914_0725321One of my coworkers at the day job is practicing to open up her own gluten free bakery. She made me a kitty cake! There’s nothing quite like cake for breakfast. IMG_20180917_1934184I love having crafty friends and coworkers. If you are very lucky, they make you things. Check out the amazing hand knit scarf Ernie and I are using. 001I received amazing gifts from The British Hubby. I’m going to make my first two sweaters. The yarn on the left will become an Acoma. The main color will be the rustic autumnal goldenrod. The shades of teal are destined to become a Bellatrix cardigan. (I know you’re thinking, “When’s the last time this crazy knitter actually finished a project?” And you would be right in questioning my casting on judgement, but Winter is coming and I’m going to make my first sweaters. I’ll finish a project eventually.)

Hope everyone’s week is off to a great start!

    • Hey, Oscar. Thanks for commenting. Is there anything specific you’re looking for? My posts are sort of all over the place as to theme. I do follow some other knitting blogs and some outdoor ones.
