There’s just something beautiful about walking in snow that nobody else has walked on. It makes you believe you’re special. ~ Carol Rifka Brunt
Another night with 2- 3 inches of snowfall overnight. It has warmed up enough to be hovering right around freezing. Will the rain come and wash away all the snow? Or will there be another 4 – 8 inches? We’re planning for snow and have stopped trying to keep the steps and driveway clean.

By the afternoon, it was snowing hard again.

A few weeks ago, I found a low carb recipe that instantly became a favorite. Tuna mini melts make fantastic snacks. I’ve been making a double batch once a week. My least favorite part was scrubbing out the metal muffin tin until I discovered silicon. Now clean up is a breeze. (Wow, did that sound like an infomercial?)

Ernie’s turn to hide from the snow.

The snow should start the melt down process tomorrow. Maybe?
It is nonstop rain here. I also love my silicone muffin pan.

In theory we’re supposed to get rain, but it came as more snow. That’s right, more snow.

I was talking to a friend this morning who used to live in Tacoma. Her family lives on Vashon. She was telling me about the snow, too, and how unusual it is. Glad you can work from home!
