Save the Earth, it’s our only source of chocolate!

This Spring, the British Hubby and I vowed to hike more. Last weekend, we did a little urban hiking in downtown Seattle. We went to a performance of Haydn’s Creation with the Seattle symphony. You’ve probably heard parts of this master piece. This is the first time I’d heard the piece in it’s entirety. You can check out a performance here.

Saturday was a stunning day in the PNW.

There was a cruise ship docked.

The viaduct is coming down.

And construction workers were out.

LFC had a match Sunday morning. The British Hubby and I were able to listen to it live with our mugs of tea and low sugar hot cross buns. The hot cross buns were amazing! LFC is currently at the top of the Premier League. Go Reds! The next match is Friday.

Burt is trying to get closer to the birdies. I’m not sure he’s figured out how to get outside yet. Maybe he could figure out how to keep the squirrels off the bird feeders.
