We love to grill. The British Hubby still misses BBQ from Texas. This week a new grill/smoker arrived at our house. Our old grill was rusting through. It had made several cross country journeys with us as we moved to different parts of the country. This new grill takes pellets. It’s our first adventure into smoking. Here’s the grill smoking as we season it before it’s first use. Here’s its inaugural meal. Cheeseburgers! The British Hubby needs a bit more practice. These were slightly crunchy on the outside. Nothing a little extra cheese and mustard can’t fix. I see new recipes in our near future. 

Gracie is trying to act like she doesn’t like the smell of cooking meaty, but secretly she’s pining for a cheeseburger.
