The British Hubby is still recovering from his cold so we decided to have a low key Saturday which included our second attempt smoking a pork shoulder to create pulled pork. Pulled pork is my favorite bbq food. The British Hubby really loved the flavor the roasted garlic onion jam created on our first brisket. We thought we would try using it on the pulled pork.
First we added the mustard. Then a generous helping of the roasted garlic onion jam. Then the pork rub. Then we wait. And the kitties slept. And I knitted. 12 hours later we had pulled pork. The flavor is better. Yum!
