What, was that Sunday or am I reliving the same day over and over again? Hmmmm.

Groundhog Day is one of our all time favorite movies. I’m not sure if it’s because it reminds me of growing up in the Midwest or because I could learn new things without getting older. Think of how much I could knit! This movie is so awesome it has it’s own Superbowl commercial.

To celebrate 02.02.2020, we made a keto mint chocolate pudding pie! Oh my, was it scrumptious. I wouldn’t mind eating it daily. The base was a short bread cookie and the filling was a peppermint chocolate pudding mix. The base was a little think for this pan, but we didn’t realize that until it was too late.

I wonder if cats have a groundhog day? Ernie spends a lot of time like this.
