Anything I’ve ever done that ultimately was worthwhile initially scared me to death.
It’s been two weeks since I did a working from home update. Sometimes life events just get in the way. It starting to turn colder here, and cases of COVID are on the rise. Not surprising as more people move indoors. The British Hubby and I are currently still both working remotely. While the British Hubby will be remote working for at least the next six or eight months, it’s still uncertain when I will be forced to mix with the masses again.

Garden Update: We finally managed to plant the rhubarb in it’s forever space. Wish it good luck that it survives the transplant. I would dearly love to have my own supply of fresh rhubarb next spring. We also spotted some mushrooms growing in my sunflower pots.

Gracie Update: It’s now been 90 days post Gracie’s hyperthyroid treatment this summer. She was not excited for yet another trip to the vets, but this time they also managed to get a urine sample. The past several attempts, Gracie has nervously peed in the carrier on the journey. We are happy to report all of Gracie’s test results are normal. She’s lost a little weight, but we suspect that’s down to our attempts to get Burt to lose weight. The last step is for our litter collection to be disposed. We’re about a week off from that.

Check out what Ernie gets up to at night in our kitchen. He’s such a goofball!
How’s your week going? Do you have time for self care?
