Let life surprise you!

I started the week by saying I was going to try to power through my Haunted Handwarmers. That was my intention yesterday. Then the clouds parted and the sun came out. I decided a long walk with a friend in the afternoon sunshine was really what I needed most. Not to worry, we were both masked and of course there was no hugging. The weather in the PNW is unpredictable. Sometimes you have to seize the sunshine when it appears.

Day 6 was a fun surprise. Look at this cute needle gauge! Okay, sure I didn’t really need another needle gauge, but I definitely did not own a coffin shaped one. I can’t help but smile every time I see this.

I predict there will be more yarn in day 7. Will it be a trick or a treat?
