We were together. I forget the rest. ~ Walt Whitman
It’s Friday again! The days, weeks and months are starting to blur together. What I will cherish is all this amazing time I’m getting to spend with my British Hubby, the love of my life. He puts up with all my grumpy moods and quirky knitting excitements.

My latest excitement involved me squealing over my Halloween KAL. I’m having so much fun with the Haunted Handwarmers that I decided to add in Cowl-o-ween. I won’t have both of these done by October 31. That’s okay. I’ll have matching set at some point in November. This one came in it’s own coffin! You read that correctly. A coffin for my KAL. I’m not sure what I’m more excited about. The knitted items or the fun Halloween decorations I can use year after year?

Day 1 was a surprise. It was the supplies needed to cast on for a provisional cast-on. I have a set of needles and a lovely crochet hook. What will Day 2 hold? I predict yarn for the cast on.

Ernie says snuggles are in store this weekend. It’s going to be unusually cold here in the PNW with snow in the mountains and widespread freezing temperatures. Hope your weekend is off to a fantastic start!
What a sweet photo of Ernie!

He’s such a snuggly soppy kitty. Now that it’s cold again, he wants to be close all the time.
