Live your beliefs and you can turn the world around. ~ Henry David Thoreau
The weather is turning colder, and it’s election day here in the States. I’ld like to say we’re going to focus on something other than the results starting tomorrow, but that may not be the reality. To keep my mind off things I can’t control, I’ve been knitting. (My ballot was turned in a week ago, and I’ve confirmed my ballot counted. I love our mail in system.) That means, I’m making progress on my Haunted Handwarmers!
Day 10 is exciting! These rows start the thumb gusset! Exciting stuff. I know you’re rivetted by my news. What will the next section look like? I’m hoping for candy corn even though the yarn colors are yellow and blue. Minor flaw in my plan.

Since I’m still working on Fright Club, I thought I would keep going with Monster Mayhem 2020. There are still so many monster movies yet to view!

SkeinHerder’s Songs: Today I’ve mostly been listening to Queen’s “I want to Break Free” (I like to think this is the real reason Trump has fenced himself in the White House so he can dress up like Freddy and re-enact this video without anyone knowing. Hey, no judgement here. We all need time to dress-up, and let loose with a good dance party.)
I can’t depart without a kitty photo. We all know they’re the real stars of this blog.

I think Burt is trying to hide from the fancy dress costumes! He should be worried about his holiday sweater.
