This describes the start of May here in the PNW. I must admit, I sort of enjoy the rain. I suffer from seasonal allergies so the longer the rainy season lets, the better I can breathe. Normally, the British Hubby and I celebrate May 1 by grilling out and turning off our heat. Neither of which happened on Monday due to our day jobs getting in the way. Sometimes being a responsible adult is just no fun. We had a chance to celebrate today with adult beverages and ice cream!

I haven’t had much knitting time over the past two days so here’s a progress photo of my Resistance Mittens. I think you can just make out the start of color work.
