Life is a series of thousands of miracles. Notice them.
Water is one of my favorite things about living in the PNW. I love the rainy season. I love all the lakes, streams and the sound. I love it when it comes in the form of snow. It probably comes as no surprise that I’m a water sign. The British Hubby surprised me with a lake side picnic this weekend.
You can just make out the mountains in the background. We had a lovely walk before settling in a shady place to knit on my latest socks, Sunset in the PNW. The yarn is from my most recent yarnie adventure.

After awhile, we had a cute family of ducks swim past.
We even managed to snag a short video.
SkeinHerder Ponders: This week I’ve been mostly thinking about if the cats had Olympics what would their events be? Ernie is a gold medalist belly washer. He’s a solid competitor in over-all washing in general, but his belly is so clean it’s missing fur in places. Ernie also has a chance in the extreme snuggling event with extra marks for his free-style scarf impression.

Hope your week is going well. Keep cool and stay safe.
