The scariest monsters are the ones that lurk within our soul. ~ Edgar Allen Poe

ROOOAAARRRRRRR, it’s Godzilla movie night! We don’t have too many Godzilla movies left to watch. Next was the 2014 American version of Godzilla. The last American Godzilla movie was not our favorite.

Based on the first Godzilla movie, I didn’t have high expectations. I was pleasantly, surprised. After the first 10 minutes, I was glued to my seat. Revenge, mayhem and a government cover-up make for one fantastic plot line. Let’s not forget the main character, Godzilla.

I would have preferred a bit less US military and a bit more Godzilla, but I shouldn’t be surprised since it’s the American version. Overall, this wasn’t in my top five favorite Godzilla movies, but it wasn’t my least favorite.

This month, I’ve been working on bulky projects while we watch Godzilla movies. Since I had to order more yarn for the Teal Feather Gluhwein, I decided to try Perky II in a new color. Perky II has 38 stitches which is making it knit up really fast. I’m almost ready to decrease for the crown.

I forgot to take a photo of this week’s Cheep and Cheerful. Now that it’s officially Spring, I’m back to cider.

How about two cat photos since I forgot to get a Cheep and Cheerful. The sun was out today. What a perfect day for a kitty.
Just 60 days and 13 hours until the new Godzilla movie!
